Order Security & Fraud Prevention Policy

To protect our business and our customers, we have a strict fraud prevention policy for all large or high-value orders.

Please note the following:

  1. Identity Verification Required

    All bulk orders or purchases exceeding [e.g. $1,000] must include a valid government-issued ID or business license.

  2. Phone Confirmation Required

    We will only process orders after a successful phone confirmation with the cardholder or authorized representative.

  3. Payment Restrictions
    • We do not accept overpayments under any circumstances.
    • The credit card used must be present or match the billing information.
    • We reserve the right to decline any transaction that appears suspicious or unverifiable.

  4. No Third-Party Freight Arrangements

    We do not release merchandise to third-party shipping agents or freight companies not arranged by the verified buyer.

  5. Pickup Orders

    Pickup orders must be paid in full in advance or in person. The person collecting the order must provide matching ID.
